Start the session
Open Clearly in any meeting. Your microphone streams to Deepgram for live, diarized transcription — the audio never touches our servers and is never stored. A scheduled Teams meeting arrives with client, project and attendees pre-filled.
The brief builds itself
Every ~15–60 seconds an AI pass reads the transcript and updates the brief: each field cited to the client’s exact sentence. Ambiguous language — “premium”, “modern”, “before autumn” — is raised as a flag for you, never for the client.
You gate everything
Nothing reaches the client display unless you surface it. No auto-surface, no batch-approve, ever. Surface a flag to ask the room a sharper question; dismiss it to keep it out. The decision is always yours.
Sign off in the room
By the time the meeting ends, the brief is complete and agreed — cited, gated, and signed off while everyone is still on the call. Export it or hand it off; there’s no recap to clean up later.

Ten minutes before the scheduled end, Clearly re-surfaces any unresolved flags in your queue with a gentle urgency marker — so nothing ambiguous leaves the room unsettled. Facilitator-side only; it never auto-surfaces to the client.
